Business Intelligence Developer (SSRS / SSIS / SQL Server) Houston, TX (Hybrid/Remote- Must be local) Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM At U.S. Legal Support, our data tells a story-and we're looking for someone who can bring it to life. Must have hands-on SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server experience in a production environment. If you thrive on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and enjoy collaborating across teams, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting Communicate insights in a clear, business-friendly way Support both day-to-day reporting and long-term BI initiatives
What You Bring: SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server (required) 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience 3+ years of SSRS and SSIS development 1+ year of Power BI or Tableau Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, functions) Experience with ETL, data architecture, and reporting frameworks Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences Detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative
