About

To support a growing enterprise and mid-market client base, the remote AV Systems Solutions Engineer will manage the technical sales process, including running demos, scoping integrations, and responding to RFPs, while ensuring prospects understand the technical aspects of Rockbot's solutions. Key responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to qualify and close technical aspects of mid-market and enterprise opportunities Lead technical discovery conversations to design and document customer-specific solution configurations Own the technical sections of RFPs and support the sales process as the subject matter expert on integrations and deployment strategies
Required qualifications
5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related technical roles Experience with hardware/software integrations and networking fundamentals Hands-on experience with in-venue technology such as AV systems and digital signage Strong demo and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to audience needs Familiarity with Salesforce and technical documentation tools
