Partner with Account Executives to qualify and close technical aspects of mid-market and enterprise opportunities Lead technical discovery conversations to design and document customer-specific solution configurations Own the technical sections of RFPs and support the sales process as the subject matter expert on integrations and deployment strategies
Required qualifications
5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related technical roles Experience with hardware/software integrations and networking fundamentals Hands-on experience with in-venue technology such as AV systems and digital signage Strong demo and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to audience needs Familiarity with Salesforce and technical documentation tools
