Lead the strategy and execution of skilling programs through program/project management excellence Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to deliver impactful program initiatives that align with business and learning needs Design engaging learning content using instructional design principles to ensure materials meet business objectives
Required qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in relevant fields, or Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience Experience in customer or partner-facing management roles Program management experience Content design and development experience
