About

Supporting post-sales activities in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Support Coordinator will manage order changes, resolve fulfillment issues, and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Process order modifications, investigate shipping and pricing issues, and coordinate with various internal teams for resolution Serve as the primary contact for post-order inquiries, providing updates on order status and assisting with escalations for urgent matters Monitor order progress, validate shipping documentation, and support warranty claim processes while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, post-sales support, or supply chain operations Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
