To support a global retail brand's Brand Environments team, the freelance Design Operations Manager will manage design workstreams, develop project plans, and ensure efficient execution of seasonal initiatives while working remotely for 20-25 hours per week. Key responsibilities
Manage multiple design workstreams and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking Collaborate with design leadership and external partners to support concept development and production readiness Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment across creative, operations, and marketing teams
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in design operations, project management, or related fields Strong program or project management experience within a creative environment Experience managing projects involving physical spaces or retail environments Understanding of design development processes, including fabrication and execution Bachelor's degree preferred
