To support a growing practice, the full-time AI Engineering Solutions Architect will drive sales wins through presales methodologies, lead enterprise discovery sessions, and design scalable solutions across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Lead enterprise discovery sessions to uncover business drivers and design solutions Challenge client assumptions and translate requests into measurable outcomes Produce high-quality statements of work (SOWs) and phased delivery approaches
Required qualifications
8+ years in Microsoft cloud, data, or application architecture; 3-5 years in pre-sales or solution architecture roles Experience leading enterprise discovery or design workshops Certifications in structured problem-solving frameworks (e.g., LUMA, IDEO, Microsoft Catalyst) Prior experience at a Microsoft-focused consulting partner preferred Familiarity with change management methodologies like Prosci
