About

To support the design and execution of Voice of the Customer programs, the full-time remote Customer Analytics Specialist will analyze customer feedback data, create actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities:
Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of quantitative and qualitative Voice of the Customer data Create dashboards and reports that communicate customer insights to stakeholders Assist in customer journey analysis and ensure data quality and accuracy across reporting outputs
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 1 - 3+ years of experience in data analytics, market research, Voice of the Customer, or customer insights
