Supporting regional sales teams, the full-time Sales Support Associate will become an expert in quoting and contracts systems, ensuring efficient order entry and providing exceptional customer service to enhance sales efforts. Key responsibilities
Provide quality internal and external customer service aligned with company values Support sales tasks across multiple salespeople and geographic regions, including order entry and customer inquiries Assist with client proposals and presentations while staying current on technology and service offerings
Required qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of sales support or related experience Ability to quickly learn and apply the TierPoint sales process and technical products Experience with Netsuite CRM and/or Callidus CPQ Experience working in a technology company Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
