Analyze monthly rate reports to identify statistically significant trends and evaluate quality improvement projects for Medicare and state-sponsored programs Create reports to monitor provider and network-wide quality performance towards Medicare Stars and NYSDOH quality goals Perform in-depth data analyses and develop predictive models while identifying data improvement opportunities and supporting quality initiatives
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an analytical/quantitative field; Master's Degree preferred 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role 2+ years of managed care/healthcare experience preferred Proficient in MS Office and advanced experience with relational database applications such as SAS, R, or SQL Experience with statistical software/programs and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools preferred
