What the role involves: You'll be pulling data from a range of digital platforms, cleaning it, and turning it into something useful. That means regular reporting, presenting insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations, and helping the team make better decisions. Alongside the analysis work, you'll be involved in onboarding and supporting platform users, contributing to system testing, and picking up helpdesk queries when they land in the team.
There's an honest split to flag: the role is currently around 60% admin, 40% analysis. That will shift significantly over the next 3-6 months as the team actively reduces the admin burden, with the target being closer to 70% analysis.
