Job Goal:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Print Center Data Analyst. The person in this position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
Experience
4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
Demonstrated success in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Special Knowledge and Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a print center, manufacturing, or production environment
Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
Knowledge of pricing models and elasticity analysis
Hands‑on experience with Pace MIS system and job ticketing workflows
Working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools
Responsibilities
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision‑making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Document reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis.
Support the adoption and integration of new analytical tools and technologies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics over time.
Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling.
Assist in data entry and order management.
