About
We are seeking a motivated
Cyber Security Analyst (Entry Level)
to join our team and build foundational experience in protecting digital assets, identifying threats, and implementing effective security solutions. This position provides a supportive hybrid model that allows flexibility for remote work while encouraging collaboration through on‑site engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems and networks.
Conduct security assessments and audits under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance departments to strengthen organizational security posture.
Research and stay informed on the latest cybersecurity threats, frameworks, and best practices.
Assist in developing cybersecurity policies, documentation, and awareness materials.
Utilize various security tools for threat detection, investigation, and response.
Support compliance efforts with recognized frameworks such as
NIST
and
ISO 27001 .
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Background in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related technical fields (formal degree preferred but not mandatory).
Foundational understanding of networking, firewalls, and encryption.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common security tools.
Basic knowledge of ethical hacking, penetration testing, or risk assessment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
