Provides basic nursing care within the Nursing Assistant's scope of practice that includes actions that meet psychological and physical needs of patients, such as, positioning, lifting and turning patients; applying/utilizing special equipment; monitoring skin condition; assisting in toileting and ambulating patients. Performs basic patient care responsibilities considering the needs specific to the standard of care for patient's age, including pediatric, geriatric and general population. Answer patients' call lights, anticipates their needs and makes rounds to assigned patients. Responds to patient in emergency or physically distressful condition. Follows established infection control practices. Takes and records temperatures, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height, weight, intake and output. Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patient. Transports patients to and from various departments, as required. **$5,000 sign-on incentive** Job RequirementsRequired
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) issued by the state of North Dakota (ND), within six (6) months of start date. Preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
