Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in a clear, structured, and testable manner.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Work with SQL, APIs, databases, and system integrations to understand data flows and system behavior.
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle.
Actively listen to stakeholders to uncover underlying business needs beyond stated requests.
Analyze complex problems, break them down logically, and propose effective solutions.
Support testing and validation by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and traceable.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve analysis practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Strong experience in requirements management, including documentation, prioritization, and traceability.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
