About

Associate Technical Project Manager Catalyst IQ is hiring for an Associate Technical Project Manager. The role is responsible for leading clients through small website builds and maintenance projects, working across the digital marketing landscape from design to implementation, digital advertising, and SEO.
Responsibilities
Working independently and partnering with the project team to ensure website maintenance and site build projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Educating and leading clients through the digital marketing project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution.
Plan, schedule, and develop timelines.
Gather and refine user stories and requirements.
Manage and update site content and features.
Engage in QA, UAT, and troubleshooting.
Synthesize information (requirements, client feedback, industry trends, etc.) to produce web content.
Act as the main point of contact for end users, connecting the dots between business requirements and website implementation.
Provide updates on project work and escalate issues as necessary.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience required.
Minimum 1 year experience supporting/coordinating projects, preferably in a technology or web development environment.
Some client-facing experience.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
Appreciation for aesthetics and design.
