Sales Representative We are recruiting a Field Sales Representative to serve as the welcoming face of TruGreen, meeting homeowners door‑to‑door to introduce personalized lawn care solutions. Responsibilities Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Build trust and satisfaction through professional, energetic interactions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach, customizing sales messaging for each household. Convert prospects into signed customers using the TruGreen Sales Playbook. Log interactions and track performance using the CRM system. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance customer lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred, but passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing sales. Time management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable using mobile technology for logging and communication. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Must be located in the United States while performing the job. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875 – $1,200 per week. Paid training and ongoing development. Career growth opportunities within TruGreen.
