Sales Representative – 151 Keep Court, Elyria, Ohio 44035 As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative you’ll serve as the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce personalized lawn‑care solutions. With a strong grasp of TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook you’ll provide tailored services at their doorstep, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes, engaging with new and existing customers. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn‑care needs. Turn "just looking" into "just signed" using proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision to show customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; advanced degrees encouraged. Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing conversations. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable using technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs outdoors. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200 per week. Pay range $27,669.00 – $58,865.00, with most candidates starting in the lower half.
