About the Company The Senior Information Security Analyst provides advanced security expertise across the enterprise to reduce risk. The role partners with engineering, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to define and maintain security architecture, baselines, and standards; streamline remediation of vulnerabilities; and continuously improve Security Controls effectiveness.
About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to drive enterprise-wide security strategy and risk reduction. In this role, you will partner cross‑functionally with engineering, compliance, audit, and business teams to design secure solutions, strengthen controls, and continuously improve our security posture.
This is a highly visible role requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
What You’ll Do Security Strategy & Architecture
Embed security-by-design into enterprise architecture and IT strategy
Partner with Engineering to evaluate, design, and implement secure solutions
Define and maintain security standards, baselines, and best practices
Risk & Vulnerability Management
Prioritize and drive remediation of vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, endpoints, and cloud
Conduct deep technical security assessments and risk evaluations
Translate risk into clear business impact and actionable recommendations
Security Operations & Tools
Administer and optimize security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, email security, NAC)
Improve detection, monitoring, and response capabilities without disrupting business operations
Support incident response planning and develop playbooks (e.g., phishing, malware)
Ensure alignment with frameworks and regulations ( SOX, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, GLBA, NIST, ISO, CIS )
Partner with audit and compliance teams; prepare for and support audits
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and hardening standards
Act as a subject matter expert across security domains
Mentor junior team members and promote a strong security culture
Partner with stakeholders across IT and business functions to drive secure outcomes
Contribute to Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery planning and exercises
What You Bring Required Experience
5–10 years of IT experience, including 3–6 years in Information Security
Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, GLBA)
Proven ability to operate in complex, enterprise environments
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of frameworks: NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP
Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure:
Networks (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routers/switches)
Identity (Active Directory, Group Policy, IAM)
Security tools (SIEM, EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, PKI)
Experience with vulnerability management, incident response, and security assessments
Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure security
Core Skills
Strong analytical and risk-based decision-making mindset
Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical risk to business impact
Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC (GSEC/GCIA), or equivalent

Pay range and compensation package For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $117,341 and $156,454.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
