Job Title: VP, Creator Marketing Location-Type: Hybrid, Los Angeles, CA 3 days onsite Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Contract through 9/15/26, with conversion potential Compensation Range: $75-80/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Job Description: VP-level creator marketing lead responsible for managing high-visibility client relationships, integrated influencer campaigns, team oversight, strategy development, and execution across fast-moving accounts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead client communication and serve as the primary senior point of contact
  • Develop creator marketing plans, strategy decks, and campaign recommendations
  • Drive pricing, planning, and strategic direction for influencer campaigns
  • Partner with project management, creative, strategy, social, paid, earned, and measurement teams
  • Review materials, timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables
  • Delegate work to junior team members and provide leadership across accounts
  • Manage fast-moving priorities, compressed timelines, and shifting client direction
  • Support creator campaigns across B2B, fintech, business, and integrated brand initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant experience in creator, influencer, social, or integrated marketing
  • Strong client-facing experience with high-touch or enterprise-level accounts
  • Proven agency experience, ideally within creator or influencer marketing
  • Experience leading fully integrated campaigns across paid, earned, owned, creative, social, and measurement teams
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior team members while staying hands-on when needed
  • Strong understanding of creators, influencers, talent agencies, and creator marketing platforms/tools
  • Experience developing creator strategies, pricing plans, campaign decks, and execution plans
  • Confident, self-sufficient leader who can push back professionally and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-pressure environments
  • LA-based and able to work onsite 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fintech, finance, or B2B marketing experience
  • Experience supporting contract-to-hire or long-term client engagements
  • Experience with creator marketing platforms such as Captivate
  • Background working with large-budget, high-visibility campaigns
  • Interest in converting to a full-time role
