About

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in the Bloomington, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for providing deskside, phone, and email support for users in an enterprise level environment.
Responsibilities
Support a variety of technology from hardware, software, Office 365, and PC deployments.
Support users at all levels within the business.
Provide excellent customer service in resolving customer issues.
Assist with projects to migrate dated hardware and technology onto current platforms.
Required Skills
2-3+ years of desktop support experience, supporting a Windows/MS environment.
Good personality and communication skills to interact with users.
Ability to be onsite 5 days/week.
Someone motivated that can work with minimal supervision.
