Director of Recruiting at Eliassen Group Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Data Analytics Lead to work in a full-time permanent role onsite in Boca Raton, FL. This position offers the chance to work with high-level executive stakeholders on transformative data and analytics projects. Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of data analytics frameworks to enhance financial modeling and risk assessment. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using Power BI and Tableau. Develop predictive analytics models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and revenue forecasting. Optimize marketing campaigns within Salesforce and set up Data Warehouses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of data analytics experience in financial services, risk management, or fintech. Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau. Familiarity with privacy and compliance (GDPR/CCPA), data cleansing, and safekeeping practices. Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering strategic business insights. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the range provided.
