The position will configure, build, maintain and decommission all components involved in IT Infrastructure. Supports applications from Infrastructure perspective. Analyzes and reports on health, performance, and security in Urschel’s IT Infrastructure. Level 2 user infrastructure support. Completes various administrative tasks and works within Service Desk System to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and reporting standards. The position is not remote and will be required to report daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana.
