About
As a member of the Science Research Technology team, you will help design, build, and scale data-driven solutions for the Science Analysts, especially in the Equity space. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and workflows. Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and business partners to meet analytical needs. Implement data modeling, warehousing, governance, and metadata management best practices. Ensure high performance, optimization, and fault tolerance of data pipelines. Implement CI/CD, containerization, and modern software engineering practices for deployment. Participate in Agile development and deliver solutions in fast-paced, mission-critical settings. Qualifications
Strong experience in Data Science. Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using orchestration tools such as Airflow or Glue. Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially AWS (S3, Lambda, Batch). Experience with modern data architectures: Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data governance, and metadata management. Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, containerization (Docker), and modern software engineering practices. Hands-on experience deploying and testing cloud solutions (AWS preferred). Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning of high-volume data pipelines. Financial-services data domain expertise preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across teams. Ability to work in Agile environments and deliver in fast-paced settings. Proactive problem-solver who can independently drive solutions end-to-end. 5+ years of experience in a related role. Compensation
Base salary range: USD 90,000 – 180,000. Benefits
