Supporting onboarding, infrastructure changes, upgrades, lifecycle planning, and long-term supportability
Partnering with internal teams and clients to align technical solutions with business needs
Identifying opportunities to improve existing environments and drive standardization where appropriate
Participating in a rotating after-hours support and maintenance schedule
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall concepts
Experience with network security platforms and readiness to work within standard firewall technologies, such as Palo Alto and Sophos
Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and own issues through completion
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent practical expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting network solutions across multiple client environments, ideally in an MSP or fast-paced service model
Experience with Azure networking, VPN Gateway, and hybrid connectivity
Familiarity with monitoring and visibility tools such as Auvik
Exposure to Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments
Experience with scripting, automation, APIs, or templating to improve repeatability and scale
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
What Sets You Apart
