About
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users for desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating system problems, application errors, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and associated peripherals.
Deploy and support software applications, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Assist with the maintenance and testing of software, including patches and updates.
Create and maintain user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and security.
Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Assist with the development and maintenance of IT documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in desktop support.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role in an IT environment.
Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
