About
Business Analyst with Tokenization and Stablecoin expertise
to support digital asset and next-generation payment initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills combined with a deep understanding of tokenized assets, stablecoins, blockchain-based payment systems, digital wallets, and financial regulations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, compliance teams, architects, and development teams to define requirements, streamline business processes, and support the implementation of innovative digital asset solutions. Required Skills
8+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements. Expertise in creating: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) User Stories Process Flows Use Cases Traceability Matrices Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions. Digital Assets & Stablecoins
Strong understanding of: Asset tokenization Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) Digital wallets Blockchain payment networks Experience supporting tokenized asset or stablecoin implementation projects. Understanding of token issuance, redemption, custody, and settlement processes. We offer:
