Investigate and resolve application and data-related support tickets Write, test, and execute SQL scripts for data updates and maintenance activities Troubleshoot production and UAT issues by analyzing data and application behavior
Required qualifications
Strong SQL experience, including complex queries and stored procedures Experience troubleshooting data issues and performing production data analysis Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational database platforms Ability to understand complex business logic within existing systems Experience in ticket-driven support or maintenance environments
