About
What You’ll Do
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives from digital campaigns and events to print and social media.
Manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and deliverables align with organizational priorities and key milestones.
Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across departments, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Partner with internal teams (events, advertising, communications, PR) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Monitor campaign performance, providing reports and insights that guide optimization and future planning.
Serve as a brand steward, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints and ensuring creative output meets quality standards.
Support special events, conferences, and community-facing campaigns designed to engage families, students, and local partners.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
5-8+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns or projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience in education, non-profit, or mission-driven marketing.
Preferred familiarity with education-driven campaigns, including admissions and enrollment.
Strong background in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar).
Demonstrated success coordinating complex, cross-functional campaigns.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across teams and with senior leaders.
