Develop and support ETL pipelines using Ab Initio tools Provide 24x7 production on call support (2-week rotation model) Perform incident triage, RCA, and issue resolution within SLA Ensure application stability, performance tuning, and deployments Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams for issue resolution Strong troubleshooting in large-scale batch processing environments Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL design and optimization Technical Skills
Ab Initio (GDE, Conduct>It, Command Center) Data Warehousing concepts ETL Design, Development & Optimization Work Requirements
Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (on-call support) Availability for weekly coordination calls (2 times/week) Strong ability to handle high-priority production issues Provide timely incident acknowledgment and resolution
