SW Engineer – IV (G12) Responsibilities: Contribute to core modules and critical components Lead complex technical problem solving and root cause analysis Support team members in resolving technical blockers Timely tracking of progress and manage technical risks and dependencies Coordinate with Clients/client-facing teams for issue resolution Address security vulnerabilities and audit findings Able to drive technical debt reduction and modernization Balance technical excellence with business priorities Able to mentor other team members as needed. Required Skills: 12+ years of experience in developing and managing complex software product Excellent working knowledge of C, C++, Win32 programming, MFC libraries. Excellent understanding of windows internals such as process management, memory management and file system Must have working experience of multi treading & Inter Process Communication Comfortable and experienced in using Third party libraries and STL. Proficient in debugging and experience in using Windbg and/or any other debugging tools Good database skills and have experience of working with MS SQL/Oracle databases. Familiarity with .Net technologies Knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor. Experience in working in Agile environment.
