What You’ll Do
Design, gather requirements, create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for various organization departments
Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, third‑party tools, customer portals, etc.)
Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions
Develop documentation of procedures and process flows for key reports, data flows and business processes performed by the department
Support the maintenance of internal company databases and files
Conduct due diligence analysis and validation of various internal and external data‑related exercises
Qualifications Must Haves
2+ years of experience in retail, business intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis or other analytics related fields
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, Power BI
Experience with compiling, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting large complex data sets
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to Haves
Preferred: familiarity with automotive aftermarket industry, vehicle parts and parts data documentation knowledge
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish
Pay Band $70,600 – $93,800
Physical Demands & Requirements Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. The position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels. Legal Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
