Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and lead a small team of sales representatives.
Execute strategic sales efforts in the field to meet customer needs and company goals.
Develop customer relationships and provide personalized solutions.
Oversee and coordinate sales efforts within a defined territory.
Track performance metrics and help your team improve through feedback and support.
Conduct product demos and participate in customer consultations.
Attend weekly professional development meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer‑facing experience preferred, but not required.
