About
Responsibilities
Analyze and document logistics and transportation processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.
Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.
Identify operational challenges and propose data‑driven solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
Communicate regularly with pan‑Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently in 3rd or 4th year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or pursuing a master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational processes.
Eagerness to understand and optimize logistical and transportation systems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to convey operational insights clearly.
