Job Title Sales Representative Location 6700 Commerce Boulevard, Syracuse, New York 13211 TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. What You’ll Do Face the frontline, engaging with homeowners and understanding their needs. Deliver custom lawn care solutions. Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique needs. Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using the CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell, showing customers how to level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required. Sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for small talk or closing conversations. Solid time management and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
