Hybrid Position (Onsite ~3 days each week in Milwaukee).
The ideal Target Salary is between $70,000 - $90,000 but there is some flexibility depending upon the candidate's skills, experience, etc.

We are seeking a talented Front-End Software Engineer who is passionate about building intuitive and responsive web applications.
Position Overview: As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end components of our client’s web applications. You'll work closely with their creative and development teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces. If you have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, Vue.js or React.js, and experience with Node.js/PHP we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design mockups into interactive web experiences.
Work alongside back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic using Node.js.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in Vue.js or React.js.
Experience with Node.js/PHP and working knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to interact with business stakeholders and end-customers.
2-5 years of Professional Software Development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, NPM, Yarn).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
