Fine Dining General Manager

A highly regarded, independently owned upscale restaurant is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team culture, and drive continued business growth in Charleston, South Carolina.

• Lead all restaurant operations and guest experience initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 25 employees
• Coach and support a small leadership team
• Partner closely with an accomplished Executive Chef
• Drive revenue growth through local marketing, community engagement, events, and guest development
• Oversee staffing, training, labor management, and operational execution
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, and facility presentation

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale dining, polished casual, fine dining, or hospitality-driven restaurant concepts
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing financial performance and restaurant profitability
• Track record of growing sales and guest counts through specific initiatives and community involvement
• Ability to work collaboratively with culinary leadership
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus

• Base salary starting at $95K+, commensurate with experience
