Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of recent full service restaurant manager experience
• Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
• Proven leadership ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Assist the general manager in hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing staff
• Ensure the highest quality of food goes out to every guest
• Orders, inventories, schedules, P & L and cost management
