Join our IT Infrastructure team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on work across enterprise systems, infrastructure projects, and operational improvements. What You'll Do Lead infrastructure projects from planning through deployment Manage and support VMware environments and enterprise systems Maintain network infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewalls Administer Microsoft 365 identity solutions including Entra ID Azure AD Drive automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, N8N, or similar tools Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency Support vulnerability management using Tenable or similar tools Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and remediation Develop and maintain operational playbooks for outages and incidents Serve as a senior escalation point and mentor team members Perform hands-on work including server installs, networking, and hardware support What We're Looking For
5 plus years of infrastructure or systems administration experience Strong VMware and enterprise networking experience Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Group Policy Hands-on experience with tools such as Cisco Meraki, Dell iDRAC, Zscaler, and Tenable Strong scripting and automation experience preferred Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders Experience racking and cabling servers and data center equipment Experience installing AV equipment including mounted displays and conferencing systems
