About
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience supporting applications in the accounting or professional services industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day support for firm applications and serve as an escalation point for application‑related issues
Assist with deployment, upgrades, and enhancement of new and existing applications
Support application and data integration efforts, including mergers and acquisitions
Perform requirements gathering, process documentation, and current‑state analysis
Partner with third‑party vendors to resolve issues and improve application performance
Serve as an on‑site IT liaison for assigned offices and assist with technology rollouts
Educate users on effective use of applications and emerging technology capabilities
Nice to Have
Experience supporting audit or accounting‑specific applications
Exposure to application integration and M&A environments
Willingness to travel to remote offices as needed
The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 plus bonus opportunity.
