The Operations Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the commercial business. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, excellent people management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. The successful candidate will drive accountability, improve communication across departments, implement robust operating procedures, and ensure the business is capable of scaling efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
