About
Order entry & processing of Ecommerce orders Logistics planning for daily deliveries Field calls from contractor/customer base from our Call Center requesting information, product selection or order placement Monitoring orders entered and maintaining backlog High volume professional email correspondence and order confirmations Investigating and resolving order discrepancies and issues Maintain a working knowledge of various equipment lines and coordinating accessories
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
High School Diploma and/or at least 2 years of administrative, coordination, or order processing experience exceptional customer service Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) Great attention to details and problem-solving abilities Phenomenal teammate who is flexible and adaptable A self-starter with strong work ethic with strong critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping details correct
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Associate's degree and/or 5 years of administrative, coordination order and project management experience. Knowledge of HVAC, distribution, procurement and supply chain a plus.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements General office environment Requires seating for extended amounts of time, manual dexterity for working with computer keyboards. Job Location Tinley Park, IL Full Time Mon Fri (8:00am 5:00pm/9:00am 6:00pm) One Rotating Saturday shift (8:00am to 12:00pm) Approximately once every 6 weeks Salary Expectations Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00
