At Délice, pastry plays an important role in our guests’ experience. Cakes, daily desserts, crêpe batter, waffle batter, house-made preparations, and seasonal creations are all made in-house by our team.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to assist our Pastry Chef with the daily preparation of desserts and various pastry productions.

Your Role

• Assist the Pastry Chef with daily production

• Prepare basic recipes (crêpe batter, waffle batter, fillings, sauces, and other preparations)

• Participate in the production of cakes, desserts, and house-made pastries

• Complete all mise en place required for production

• Assist with plating and finishing desserts during service

• Prepare and send dessert plates according to the restaurant’s presentation standards

• Follow recipes and quality standards

• Maintain clean and well-organized workstations

• Apply food safety and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production and service

Your Profile

• Experience in pastry or kitchen work is an asset

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Ability to work in an organized and independent manner

• Reliability, punctuality, and team spirit

• Interest in artisan pastry and desserts
