About
Responsibilities • Design and implement micro‑services in Scala or Java.
• Build data pipelines using Apache Spark and Apache Kafka.
• Integrate with third‑party applications and cloud APIs such as AWS, Azure, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams.
• Operate large‑scale distributed systems that handle terabytes of logs and exabytes of data per day.

Qualifications
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of production level experience in Java, Scala, C++, or similar.
Comfortable working towards a multi‑year vision with incremental deliverables.
Experience architecting, developing, deploying, and operating large‑scale distributed systems.
Experience with SaaS platform or Service‑Oriented Architectures.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Experience with software security and handling sensitive data.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
Pay Range Transparency Local Pay Range: $182,400 — $247,000 USD.
