Strong Middle Manual QA Engineer We are looking for someone who can understand how features work end‑to‑end, investigate issues, and clearly communicate findings without relying on constant guidance.
About the Role In this role, you will work on web‑based platforms with complex workflows and integrations, helping ensure product quality across features and releases. You will collaborate closely with developers to test functionality, identify issues, and support the delivery of stable and user‑friendly solutions.
Must Have Requirements
3+ years of experience in Manual QA
Experience testing web applications , preferably B2B SaaS or similar systems
Understanding of business logic testing including statuses and transitions, approval flows, permissions and roles, financial calculations, multi‑step workflows
Understanding of client‑server architecture and ability to identify whether an issue is on foreground, backend, API, database, integration layer
Experience testing web‑based admin systems and client portals
Skills with browser DevTools (network tab, logs, cookies, local/session storage)
Experience testing system integrations (APIs, payment systems, notifications, email flows)
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger – validating request/response; checking payloads, status codes, and data consistency
Experience in writing high‑quality test documentation – test cases, checklists, regression suites, detailed bug reports
English level: Intermediate+ (for documentation, demos, and client communication)
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP, financial or operational systems
Experience with mobile/responsive testing
Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
Understanding of different environments (staging, pre‑production, production)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Experience in testing Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) , OAuth 2.0, JWT, and session management
Understanding of UI/UX best practices , mobile‑first design principles, and basic knowledge of WCAG standards
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and Version Control Systems (Git)
Experience using traffic inspection tools like Charles Proxy or Fiddler for debugging and request/response mocking

Can work independently and understand new features with minimal guidance

Can clearly describe issues and explain what was tested

Understands how changes may affect other parts of the system
