Duties
Recruit and onboard new field representatives
Manage daily territory coverage plans
Analyze market opportunities and neighborhood data
Monitor team productivity and performance
Conduct coaching sessions and team development activities
Collaborate with leadership to improve market penetration
Qualifications
Experience managing field teams
Background in canvassing, direct marketing, or home improvement sales

Compensation Package
$100,000 - $175,000 earning potential
Base pay plus commissions and incentives
