About
Key Responsibilities
Design and build automation pipelines for intake engagement and mitigation tracking
Develop APIs and backend services using C# / .NET
Implement and maintain Azure-based automation solutions using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
Enable transition from semi automated to fully automated workflows
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying C# / Python code to Azure environments
Develop or integrate AI Agents / AI-driven capabilities for automation and decision support
Ensure high availability and redundancy so workflows are not dependent on individuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tooling and improve operational efficiency
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for tracking and insights
Required Skills
Strong experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core for backend development
Hands on experience with Azure services (preferably Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
Experience building REST APIs and automation frameworks
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or AI Agents (LLMs, automation, or orchestration frameworks)
Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup (Azure DevOps or similar)
Working knowledge of Python scripting
Basic understanding of Azure Data Explorer (Kusto)
Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-driven automation or workflow orchestration
Exposure to data pipelines, telemetry, or operational analytics (Kusto/Power BI)
Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native design patterns
Experience with automation at scale in enterprise environments
Experience
6–14 years of software development experience
Prior experience in Azure-based development and automation solutions
Exposure to AI-enabled applications or intelligent workflow systems
