About

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare data, clinical data warehousing, and quality measures. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical, technical, and business analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and regulatory reporting in a healthcare-focused environment.
Required Experience & Background
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis
Strong experience working with CMS and NCQA Quality Measures
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, preferably in a clinical or healthcare environment
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems
Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows and clinical data structures
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL (5+ years experience)
Strong Data Analysis and Business Analysis skills
Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies (5+ years total experience)
Experience in Data Warehousing concepts and implementations
Experience in Data Mapping, data validation, and data reconciliation
Exposure to Cloud-based data platforms and environments
Roles and Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders
Perform data analysis, validation, and quality checks across clinical and healthcare datasets
Develop and maintain SQL queries for reporting, extraction, and data validation
Work on data mapping and data warehousing solutions in clinical environments
Support implementation and reporting of CMS/NCQA Quality Measures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare standards
Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning and reviews
Assist in resolving data issues and improving overall data quality and reporting efficiency
