This is a remote position.
Job Summary Position Type: Contract Anticipated Duration: 11 months (January 2025 - December 2025) Location: Midwest (50% onsite, 50% remote)
The Analytics Manager will lead the data reporting and analytics strategy for the Epic implementation, ensuring that data is accurately captured, processed, and available for decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
Responsibilities
Oversee data reporting and dashboard development for Epic systems.
Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
Lead system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of reporting tools.
Manage a team of data analysts to support clinical and operational reporting needs.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
Epic certification in data and reporting modules.
Proven experience leading data teams and implementing reporting solutions.
Expected Travel 50% onsite travel in the Midwest.
Expected Schedule Full-time, with extended hours during project milestones.
