Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily food production for patients, staff, and visitors in our faith-based healthcare setting. The Lead Cook plans and executes nutritious menus, supports special and therapeutic diets, and ensures strict food safety, sanitation, and infection control. This role supervises kitchen staff, coordinates prep and service, manages inventory, and minimizes waste. The ideal candidate has strong high-volume cooking skills, healthcare or institutional experience, and a heart for serving underserved communities in a mission-driven team focused on whole-person wellbeing.
