They are now seeking an experienced Property Manager (Tenancy) to join their team. Arrange routine and emergency works, liaise with contractors, and ensure communal areas are well maintained. Respond to queries, manage complaints, and act as the main point of contact for occupants. Assist with lettings, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and maintaining occupancy levels. Help maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements. Track operational costs, manage invoices, and provide regular updates on property performance and issues. Key skills required PSRA License Full clean drivers license & car
